A Bad Woman

I’m twisted

A bad woman

Can I be honest?

I’m a maneater, heart consumer

I make men beg please

I get them to experience love again

I love the power

I’ll surrender to a man who can contain it

I’m twisted

When earth and concrete meet

My lover carries me in the street

Wide feet

He grips the edges

Pledges allegiance to my body

I told him we don’t have anything in common.

I’ve been staying up late. Running at 1am.

I feel like a child. Sensitive. Numb. I spent a lot of time in bed. Life is beautiful and meaningless. I’m grateful for beauty. Sometimes it seems that’s all there is. Pleasure. Satisfaction. That’s what everyone says to chase. I don’t want to chase. I want my days to drag. I want to do nothing.

Be no one nowhere.

Leave you loved.
