Offerings from the undercurrent โ ink, cardboard, memory, and marrow.
Freegrandmaa is an intuitive artist guided by the unseen. Her creative process is raw and unfiltered, favoring freeflow and non-dominant hand techniques to bypass logic and open portals from the subconscious. She works primarily with ink, watercolor, photography, and recycled materials โ mediums that hold texture, memory, and story.
In her ink and paint work, the eyes are always born first, anchoring the piece like soul-beacons or watchers. From there, she steps aside and allows figures, fragments, and forgotten memories to emerge. There is no premeditation. Only presence.
Her visual language merges the mythic and the mundane, the erotic and the ancestral. Spirals, symbols, and distorted forms arise instinctively โ never perfected, always true. Imperfection is welcomed as sacred. It is truth. It is life.
These are not just artworks.
They are recycled spirits.
